Just went with my brother to Senzala Arteviva for a lesson of capoeira; a martial art that conveys its message through music, rhythm, the act of singing, instrumentation, body expressions and scenic presence. the fight represents capoeira's origins and survival across the time in its most natural form, alike a tool of personal defense, which is truly Brazilian and is as well a strategy of resistance to the nihilism of a culture.
You're going to find me doing this more often. especially because i'm going to Brazil in the summer vacation and i need to be prepared when i'm bouncing on the beaches of Fortaleza ;)
