Happy birthday E.!

20 years!! you are no longer a teenager E., it's time to be a man ;) what is a man? a man is someone who knows what he wants and doesn't apologize for achieving his goals. a man is someone who gets things done. he is the center of his group, the alpha male. he does not seek for approval, instead he lives by his own standards and is not affected by any outside turmoil. he is someone who knows how to hold and present himself in every situation. he is a coldblooded killer and he is a gentleman. he is a ferocious Samurai warrior as well as an emotional and tender lover. he is congruent; his actions mirror his beliefs. he doesn't get caught up in irrelevant forms of drama. he doesn't lose his coolness. when everyone else panics, he stays calm and makes things happen. he has a strong believe-system and a powerful mindset. he is in control of situations and protects the ones he loves.

A man should be living his life to the fullest. he must become a leader. but he shouldn't become blind for his own flaws. therefore, a good leader must be able to follow as well. it is this kind of man that i'm talking about. the kind of man who is charming, charismatic, who inspires others and who respects his family, friends and lovers. he communicates cleverly and clearly. he has a high social status and he just 'gets it'. he is able to read others and help them in any way he can. when he interacts, he doesn't solely focus on the verbal aspect; he analyzes the tone of voice and reads the body language. he is a man of humor and practical jokes and he knows how to make people feel safe, secure and how to make them laugh ;). he attracts women because he reads and speaks the secret language of sexual communication. it is this man who is not afraid to sexually please a highly attractive girl and to fulfill all her needs and wants. it is the same man who is a lover as well as a provider. he stands with a strong posture and he is the main actor of his world. he does not walk on the surface of the earth, instead; the world is moving underneath his feet when he walks. he strives for success in all area's of life and he makes himself a valuable asset to the lives of others.

Intelligence, wisdom, dominance, confidence, high levels of energy, masculinity, determination, authenticity and fearlessness are all characteristics that he owns. more importantly, he knows how to display them and he always tries to develop them to a higher level. he is a man of great fortune. not because he is 'lucky', but because he sees opportunities and acts accordingly to MAKE his own luck. what does it take to become this type of man? it is a long and never-ending process of rising and falling. 20 years ago you were given a chance to become a real man. you already achieved MANY great things and like i said in my previous blog, i foresee even greater things happening for you in the future. grand things.

Pleasure comes in many different forms. you can get pleasure from watching a good movie or listening to nice music. you can get pleasure from having a smooth social interaction with an attractive girl and even more pleasure from having wild sex with that same girl.

As humans, we find pleasure in complicated concepts such as love, fulfillment, self-actualization and happiness. Leonardo Da Vinci once said that "the noblest pleasure in life is the joy of understanding".

Be that as it may, pleasure can be as simple as eating a baguette with green pesto, avocado, fried eggs, grilled ham and mozzarella cheese, topped with salt and pepper.

Don't be fooled by appearances, pleasure comes in many different forms ;)

Ahhh i really wish you would see it with your own eyes.... we went to Jantje's Verjaardag and what was so special about it: i fell in love with the world's nicest dancer!!! it takes two to tango and we were dancing in the style of Grease/Dirty Dancing! but not dancing like dancing, i mean DANCING!!!!! we gave a SHOW!! it's not a joke: people were checking us out from ALL OVER the club! we were the entertainment of the night.. later i even heard that while we were dancing, the DJ said through the microphone: 'look at that couple on the dancefloor'.. i'm not exaggerating: in my life i danced with many many many MANY girls, but never in my life did i dance with such an energetic and spontaneous dancer like tonight!! and what is the funniest thing of all: most girls don't know how to dance, so normally in clubs i don't dance much myself. i usually play Frank T.J. Mackey (i must stick to whatever works for me ;). but this girl is probably the first girl since.. EVER.. who could really dance! she made a huge impression on me.. we did a crazy choreography and it all fitted perfectly!! we were flowing and bouncing, she was jumping on me, i was catching her in the air and the whole thing looked as if it's a musical! i liked it that this girl was dominant and she was playing with me and she was provocative and challenging me in front of everyone. by far the best thing about it was 'the look' in our eyes, the way how we looked at each other.. we had this intense and sexual look as if we were going to devour each other... i could go on and on about this girl and how chill she is (not many girls are like this): she could really be my friend instead of only the one-night-stand.. and i'm not just saying this based solely on the dancing..

You were amazing! and i know you also had a great time ;)
And like i said: if it was meant to be, than faith will bring us back together.

I just came back home after a long night of "working" at Escape ;). I told my colleague J. that when I'm home, I'm going to eat a nice juicy steak. he looked at me and said it is crazy to eat meat at 07.00 in the morning. I thought about his words for a second and I decided to take it to an even crazier level:

J., if you think it's strange to eat meat in the morning, what do you think about this? ;)

-Toasted bread
-Garlic/cheese butter
-Fried potatoes with rosemary herbs
-Steak with a hint of salt
-Garlic sauce
-Special Dutch/Zaanse mayonnaise

Hari vs. Schilt

I actually lost money on this fight.. even tough Badr Hari is one of my favorite K-1 fighters, i didn't expect him to defeat Sem Schilt. but he did.. 1st round TKO

Update

Things went very fast. last weekend i was at karate camp. you think training at the U.S. Army is hard? try training karate for all day -to the fullest; beyond your limits- from 6.30 till 18.30. you evolve yourself physically as well as mentally. you train for all weekend under strict regulations together with 80 other karateka's. in the evening, when everyone is tired and exhausted, we don't go to sleep. not yet; we're going to philosophize about Genwakai Karate and its purpose and continuation. the point of our karate camp is to focus purely on training. cell phones, smoking, alcohol etc. is not allowed. when you eat; knife and fork are used with the other hand, when you are right-handed; you brush your teeth with left and vice versa, all to break out of your daily habits and rituals.

On Sunday, when everyone can barely stand straight, the examinations take place. i also did exam and i passed. i'm now one rank away from Shodan (black belt). when i came home -all broken and damaged :)- i slept like a little baby. it was the best night of my life ;)

But what happened yesterday.. you wouldn't believe it.. i have difficulties believing it myself.. i never felt so miserable and fucked up.. one of the darkest days in the history of mankind..

Tomorrow (14 May) we were supposed to go on vacation to Sweden. but today i had to fucking cancel the trip!!! yesterday we were at the casino and we thought it would be a wise thing to win some money so that we could chill to the fullest in Sweden. to make a very long and painful story short: i lost € 2200....

Once again: € 2200 !!!

It feels so fucking unreal.. i promised myself i'm not going to play for a whole year. next time i'm going to the casino will be on 12 May 2010. on that day, i'll have my vengeance.. it's a promise! i really felt bad and i even called my ex W., because her voice always calms me down. thing is that i didn't talk with her -not once- for almost half year and when i heard the words 'hello? hello?', i came to my senses and hung up the phone..

I cant believe we're not going to Sweden anymore.. i was looking forward for this trip for a LONG time and then i had to be so stupid to gamble like a fucking addict. imagine what you can do with € 2200.. i could have my iMac now!!!

But what happened, happened. it makes no sense to feel miserable about it now, because today is already a new day. and tonight i'll meet a girlfriend, so everything is okidoki ;)

So we went to the cinema, but i'm not here to give a movie review. instead i tell you to watch this movie with your own eyes.

Ow yesss, before i forget it: i invented an all new pick-up method that is guaranteed 100% effective to impress a girl!!! if you wanna learn it, let me know and i'll give you the numbers of my bank account ;)

After the movie we went to a place where emotions can change within seconds ;). thanks for choosing 'black'! i knew you would bring me luck ;). for those of you who know what i mean; know when to quit.. for those who don't know what i'm talking about.. i'll take you there next time so you can feel it yourself.

To celebrate our victory we drank whiskey at a certified cafe that 'has been chosen as a great whiskey bar of the world for outstanding presentation, promotion and knowledge of great whiskeys from around the world' *
let me tell you, we spend true quality time at cafe L&B and we had the one eye-opener after the other :)
If you read this and you were there; nothing but love! if you read this and you were not there.. ask yourself this.. why weren't you there? why weren't you here chilling with us? do you have more important things to do? ;)

All i can say is that i love spending time with wise and warm people and that is why i liked it today with you!
